Our recipe for Belgian waffles hits the spot with a perfectly crisp waffle outside and tender inside. Served with fresh berries, whipped cream, and real grade A amber maple syrup. Please allow extra time as our waffles are made to order.
Our fluffy buttermilk pancakes are made from scratch and griddle cooked until golden brown and piping hot. Served in a stack of three pancakes with butter and real grade A amber maple syrup.
Thick-cut pieces of our house made Brioche Bread soaked in a mixture of cream, eggs, cinnamon, orange zest, and a touch of sugar cooked on the griddle until perfectly tender. Served with fresh berries, whipped cream, and real grade A amber maple syrup.

Gluten free rolled oats, plump raisins, shaved coconut, toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds gently tossed in Vermont maple syrup and brown sugar and baked to perfection. Served with milk or plain yogurt.
