Do you ship?

We offer shipping within California for a limited collection of breads, baking mixes, and specialty items. All orders are shipped weekly on Tuesdays. To meet our shipping deadline, your order must be received by the previous Sunday at 12 p.m. PST. If your order is received after the Sunday deadline, it will be shipped on Tuesday the following week. View our collection of shippable products and place your order on our online shop.

Are signature cakes available for shipping?

Due to their perishable and delicate nature, we do not ship our signature cakes at this time. However, a selection of our cakes are available for in-store pick up with a minimum of 48-hours notice. Visit our online shop to place your order.

Do you develop custom cake flavors?

While we always welcome customer feedback on new flavors, we currently do not accommodate custom cake flavor requests. Our existing signature cake flavors have been put through their paces, with some recipes taking years to perfect. Keeping our collection of signature cake flavors limited allows us to ensure that every cake we produce meets our exacting standards for taste, texture, and presentation.

Are your cakes also vegan?

While most of our cakes and desserts contain dairy, we offer a curated collection of cakes and treats that are vegan, gluten-, and dairy-free to accommodate vegan, diary-free, and egg-free diets.

Do you offer holiday themed cakes and treats?

Yes! Visit our online shop for a selection of seasonal items.

Should I refrigerate my cakes and treats?

Refrigeration is recommended for all of our cakes, tarts, and cheesecakes. Our pastries, cookies, treats, and most pies are best enjoyed when left at room temperature. We suggest that you slice and freeze your breads if you are not able to consume them within three days of purchase; each slice can be toasted as needed to reheat.

I’m an aspiring gluten-free pastry chef. Do you offer apprenticeships or stage opportunities?

We currently do not offer apprenticeships, internships, or stage opportunities. If you would like to apply for a paid job opportunity, please visit our careers page.
